Postgraduate Student
Ms Aurora Maccarone was born in Palermo Italy in 1983.
She graduated in 2007 with a BSc in Physics and in 2011 with MSc in Material Physics from the University of Palermo in Italy.
In 2012, Aurora started a PhD with the Photon Counting group studying studying underwater imaging under the supervision of Prof. Gerald Buller in collaboration with Prof. Yvan Petillot and Prof. Andrew Wallace.
In her spare time, Aurora enjoys traveling, cooking and music.
